The Dunas Park is the first Environmental Conservation Unit implanted in Rio Grande do Norte. Created in 1977, the park is situated in Natal and occupies an area of 1,772 ha, established along the Via Costeira (Coast Way). The Dunas Park is considered the second largest Urban State Park in Brazil.
